As always Chom went out of his way to be helpful , coming to my aid for a shredded tire at the freeway and 277 . Solid shop - had a misunderstanding that they completely resolved for me and they fit me in with a very tight schedule. Great attitudes and you can tell they care about their work and the customer. I recommend making an appointment vs walking in but I'll definitely be back again (hopefully not for a flat again though 😅)

So thankful for Chon and his team! I had a nail in my tire, and every other shop tried to sell me a new one instead of patching it. I found this place because they carried my specific tire, but thankfully, Chon checked it out and said he could repair it instead of replacing it. Being from out of town and having to find new places for everything, I’m incredibly grateful I came across this shop. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Chon and his team for any future car needs. Mr Issac and the mechanic were very honest people to me! I thought I needed brand new brakes because of squealing even though I got all 4 replaced less than 6 months ago but he came back and let me know that the issue was much smaller than expected and didnt want to charge me for something I didn’t need. 5 stars!

I would definitely recommend Tom’s Tire Pros! Fast courteous service. They found the problem with my tire and refilled it with nitrogen. I had a hard time finding a shop that had nitrogen, but I’m so glad that I found Tom’s Tire Pros. I will definitely be using them from now on. Plus my husband met me there and asked if they could change the brakes on my truck while it was there. The guys let us know they would be happy to do so. Great customer service!!

The service in this place is incredible everyone is very friendly. I went on a Saturday to quote some new tires for my car Chon is the person who was in charge of helping us in everything a huge thanks to him for the great work he does attending to all the customers, on Monday they were in charge of putting the new tires on my car and along with that I asked them to do the alignment and I received a call from them saying that something was happening with the suspension and that a new part would have to be placed, and they asked me if i was okay with that, apart from the fact that when I arrived they were barely opening and super friendly they offered to take me and my son to my house and when my car was ready they also went for me to take me to pick up my car, everything excellent I really recommend them

I had previously taken my 2025 f250 to Firestone for alignment after doing a level kit. It took them4 hours and truck never drove right after. I made an appointment with Chon at Tom’s Tire World and was able to get right in on a Saturday. It took the tech 2 hours to install new caster shims and do a full alignment and re torque bolts at my request. After driving the truck and seeing the alignment print out I was extremely happy and relieved to finally enjoy driving my truck again. No more pulling or wander. I immediately drove to Firestone showed the print out and demanded my money back. Tom’s Tire world forever has my business now! Thanks guys !
