They were extremely nice and helpful! They fixed my tire and looked over everything as I travel so much found a issue with a tie rod fixed it and help me find a place to have it aligned as my truck was to big for there’s got me in and out quickly! Very pleased!! Would recommend to anyone that is in the area of eastland tx!

Top notch service. I took my car in to have the fluid levels checked and the guy that did it was very thorough, took his time explaining everything he was doing, and was very professional. The manager, Cody, was just as sweet. All in all- very impressed!

I’ve been to Tom’s Tire Pros on Eastland, Tx twice. Both times they quickly fixed my leaking tires at a reasonable price. They have friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I have recommended them to family and friends and will not hesitate to buy tires from them when the time comes for new tires for my truck. Tom’s Tire Pros in Eastland, Tx is the best!

I brought my car in Thursday to have my serpentine belt replaced. That was bad. Also, my front wheel bearing was bad and had to be replaced. This shop is understanding patient and was able to fix my car very quickly. I will recommend this place to anyone.

My most recent car needed two new tires but was driving rough, the staff in Eastland balanced all four tires and found that I had one Rim that was dented. They went above and beyond and now my car rides so smooth!!!

It can be a little nerve-wracking having big repair done on your vehicle when you've never done business with a shop before. But Cody, Patti, and the rest of the team at Tom's not only took great care of me and my vehicle, but they were kind, patient, and definitely went the extra mile. These are very good people to do business with and, in my experience, they won't steer you wrong and anything that might have missed they're more than willing to make right. I wish more automotive shops carried this philosophy and went the extra mile for their customer. My thanks again to Cody and his team. You have a customer for life.

Tom's Tire Pros helped us tremendously today. We are from California and on our road trip a car in front of us hit a pothole and flipped a piece of concrete into the fromt of our vehicle, this caused damage to our two tires on the right side. Toms Tire Pros did not have the tires we needed but quickly found those tires right next door. They were so kind and fast. .thank you for getting us back on the road. Your whole team is amazing

Tom's Tire Pros take care of me! I had recently got a tire replaced and they were good enough to trade out my faulty sensor due to the battery. They only charged me for the labor to change it out. I appreciate them taking care of me!!

I had just been to a large dealership, the place where I bought the car 10 years ago, trying to get them to check my AC freon levels. The man at the desk said I had a leak and he would need to keep the car for 48 hours. I said can't you just check the fluid levels. He seemed sure I had a leak and said there was no need to check or add fluids. I said thank you very much and then drove to Tom's Tire Pros. When I walked in the door, I was immediately warmly greeted. Yes, they would be happy to check the fluids. While they were at it, I got them to replace all the air-intake filters; top off all the fluids; check the battery; rotate the tires; and change the oil. It took about an hour while I sat in a sparkling, spacious waiting room that was airconditioned. In the end, the total bill was $169; I'm sure it would have cost much more at the other place. Got in my car and the air conditioner was working perfectly. The people at Tom's Tire Pros was super friendly, skilled, efficient, and comfortable. I'll be their customer for life.

I had a trailer tire cut loose on me on I20. I was 1.5 miles from this place. Called them and said I need a tire. They said come on. I got there and decided to do all four. They got me in and out in 1.5 hours. Nicest people I’ve ever talked with at a tire shop. Excellent service. Good people!!
