Patty and Cody welcomed me in and were very attentive to my needs. They asked me all the questions needed to take care of my vehicle the first time correctly. My truck drives smooth as can be down the road now. Price was fair and service was fast while keeping me updated the whole time. Today I became a Tom’s customer for life as long as they keep this level of professionalism and service. I’ll be back and also send all my friends this way. Great job team! Thank you so much!

We had an amazingly great experience here! Traveling through from AL to CA and realized we were in desperate need of new tires…pulled up and was helped immediately. They even changed the tires while truck attached to car hauler. What a lifesaver that was for us!

I’ve been to Tom’s Tire Pros on Eastland, Tx twice. Both times they quickly fixed my leaking tires at a reasonable price. They have friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I have recommended them to family and friends and will not hesitate to buy tires from them when the time comes for new tires for my truck.

I drove from Brownwood to Tom’s, because all of the other shops in my area acted like it was a huge burden to change the breaks on my wife’s car. I have been to Tom’s once before and was really impressed with their customer service and professionalism so I called them up to see if they had time to do it. The nice lady on the phone said to come on down and they would get it done, very professional and friendly. They got us taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. They took good care of us! My wife, 11 mo son and I thank yall at Tom’s for the great service and professionalism yall exhibited today. Very much appreciated helping us out in a pinch!! Y’all are GREAT!

Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend this place at all. Friday I stoppable in because my front driver's tire was very low, they quickly did a visual check, said nothing was wrong with my tire. I explained the problem again, and they asked if I wanted them to check it again and take the tire off and run it through the water stuff to check for leak, I said yes that's what I had thought they would do the 1st time. After waiting about an hour and a half, they came back once again said nothing was wrong with my tire, that it probably lost air because of how I was parked and my valve stem got bent. I was like wow, how is that even possible. So I make it home, and by early next morning my tire is completely flat. I just left a different tire place and suprise suprise there was a screw in my tire. Have to say 1st and last time to ever do business with Tom's Tire Pro in Eastland Tx! Also, I guess this is the way they treat Women when their husband's aren't around!!! Edit: Nick at Tom's Tire Pro is a stand up guy. He made a bad situation into a good one. He fixed the issue and has regained our business. Thanks Nick!

My son is in that area for college and this team took care of his truck for us - we were in a bind and couldn't get the hood open. They went above and beyond to get it open for us and service the vehicle and were great all around! Would highly recommend based on my experiences.

Another valve stem cracked while on vacation. We arrived just after they opened and were taken care of almost immediately. Good service, fair price, and polite people. Can't ask for more than that!

This shop is great. We had a tire losing pressure rapidly as we passed thru town on the interstate. They got me right in, fixed tire for a reasonable price and got us back on the road. All in quite a bit less than an hour. Really appreciated!

The only place in town where we get new tires and old truck tires fixed or replaced. They also do oil change, alignment, lift, and more. Excellent customer service! Workers are awesome people. Highly recommend this place. Check them out!

My experience with this business was a very pleasant experience. From the first hello from Ashley to the quick completion of my 3 tire changes. I found myself needing tires that anywhere else would have been odd sized. I was so relieved to find they had just what I needed and at a super affordable price. I feel very blessed that I found them just when I did or I would’ve had serious issues. It was an incredibly hot Texas day and three of my four tires developed bubbles. They were honest and friendly, and got us safely home. Thank you so much to all the employees that helped my family at Tom’s tire pros Eastland.

They fixed my ac and did oil change....my ac running so good and cold that had to turn it off a few times it was so wonderful.... This company did my tires a few months ago and where so sweet so when found out they did ac's too.... I came here to Toms to get it fixed....they are so sweet and do wonderful job.....will pass the word to my other friends
